While email accounts are an integrated part of standard web-hosting, some companies may have more stringent requirements or archival policies to adhere to. As such we offer add-on services to normal email hosting to fulfill these requirements.

Incoming mail archival

This add-on service helps keep a copy of all incoming emails to protect against accidental loss or deletions on the client’s email account or computers. This can be used to fulfill requirements to keep archives of all documents for years. This can be configured to work with most third party email service providers.

Outgoing mail archival

Similar to incoming mail archival, this service keeps a copy of all outgoing emails. This is useful in cases of disputes alleging to emails sent by the clients or their staff. Please note that this particular service is only available if the email accounts are hosted with us.

Online Archives

Normally, the email archives are not end-user accessible. This is to prevent accidental manipulation of the archived emails. However, we also offer an archival service where there is online user access for ease of self-serviced retrieval and reference. This is useful for customers who anticipate regular need to refer to older emails and want added redundancy to guard against data loss on their usual computer systems.

The site has since been replaced by pages for SNOW 2010 and SNOW 2011, but can still be found in Internet archives.

We can assist customers in planning, deploying and managing their infotech infrastructure. This can range from typical office networking to deployment of storage clusters for multiple CCTV feeds.

Servers & Clusters

We can deploy and manage servers for various purposes. These can include application servers, Active Directory and domain controllers, office file sharing server and long term backup storage.

Network Infrastructure

Network planning is one of the more common consultation service we provide to clients. Working with customers’ contractors, we help to plan office network for optimal efficiency and scalability.

Subsequently, we can also deploy and manage the networks for clients, provisioning necessary equipment and configuring them as required.

Our hosting business is primarily oriented to serving our corporate clients, affiliate web designers, resellers and referrals. As a result of this focus, we typically maintain a low users per server ratio compared to bulk hosters. Due to this, honestly and factually we will never be the cheapest option you can find. However, you can rest assured your website won’t be fighting over the same server resources with a thousand other customers.

Infrastructure

For redundancy and flexibility, we have servers located in three locations in the US and Singapore. These include the use of world class datacenter operator Equinix’s Singapore datacenter. All our servers run enterprise grade Linux operating system on Intel processors with redundant storage on a mix of HP and Cisco networking equipment.

Shared Hosting

Shared hosting puts different customers on the same server. By sharing costs, this is the cheapest hosting plans for most customers. Shared hosting plans start from S$72/year.

Managed VDS

For clients with higher requirements but do not wish to manage their own servers on daily basis, we offer managed virtual dedicated servers. VDS are virtualized servers which serve one customer only and are backed by our private cloud storage cluster. This gives customers greater control and flexibility to use their server as they desired instead of sharing a common configuration like shared hosting. Managed VDS plans start from S$200/month.
